These quarterly tracks are built for leaders carrying an idea, a responsibility, or a burden they can’t put down. Each pathway offers structure, community, and practical tools to move from thought to sustained action.
Your leadership already knows what needs to shift. Choose the track that helps you move it.
2541 makes power practical for the people who move communities forward.
We work with families, educators, organizers, and institutions ready to shift from good intentions to organized action. Our approach blends strategy, storytelling, relationships, and structure - all rooted in the belief that everyday people already carry the power needed to shape what happens to them. They simply need tools built for real life, not theory.
Since our launch, we’ve journeyed with more than 340 organizations across the country. Our work spans parent power building, leadership development, board strategy, and community-wide People’s Assemblies. At every level, our focus stays the same: strengthen the people closest to the ground so they can move change with clarity, courage, and collective purpose.
2541 was founded by Charlene Nelson, MBA - a facilitator, organizer, and Power Architect who blends decades of community-rooted experience with a commitment to making action accessible to everyday leaders.
Each offering is rooted in the same belief: power isn’t gifted from the top. It grows when everyday people get clear, get organized, and move together. Below, you’ll find three distinct tracks designed to match different roles, responsibilities, and moments in the work.
— Karlene C.
"This partnership with 2541 this year was super amazing because they were so [many] things about their power and how to approach going out to meet with their elected officials, how to advocate and how to voice their opinions about the things that are happening in their community.

— Elyse R.
"We hired 2541 to train us to build more power...We did some initial training with 2541 in the Fall of l[2024]. Over that time, it was incredibly helpful, information I've never heard before, on how to build power and also how to use that power in community organizing."
